L 3: Conflict Management Course

Level 3 Deliverer of Conflict Management Course is designed for people who wish to be a trainer in the security industry. The course assumes that delegates are competent in the basic development of lesson plans, basic presentation and delivery of classroom-based learning material. In addition to this, delegates will need knowledge and understanding of the sector in which they will be delivering for example SIA Security Course , SIA Door Supervision Course or CCTV Public Surveillance Course.

ABOUT THIS COURSE:
The Level 3 Delivering Conflict Management course is an accredited qualification which has been developed to meet the requirements of trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based SIA conflict management training. It is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role. It also meets the requirements of the Security Industry Authority SIA for those delivering the licence to practice qualifications which include scenario-based conflict management training, for example Security Guarding, Door Supervisors and other frontline staff.

WHAT IS THE ENTRY REQUIREMENT: 
Candidates must be 18 years old and should have teaching qualifications such as Level 3 AET or Level 3  PTLLS qualification.

COURSE ASSESSMENT:
Demonstrating and submission of the portfolio assignment at the end of the course.
