By purchasing/booking a course, you agree to these terms which will bind you and (if you are an employer) your employees. 

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. 

Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done over the phone or by sending an email to info@learnmoreacademy.co.uk

If a course is booked or held and a request to cancel is received in writing email within the 14 days period then this will be fully granted. In the event of a refund, an administration fee of £99.99 will be charged. Once a course has been accessed or redeemed, we cannot grant a refund. Please ensure you have the correct course before ordering. In addition, exam vouchers must be used within 14 days of being dispensed by our examination team.

Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request within 10 working days.

Note:

All external exam vouchers (for online and distance learning courses) must be used within 12 months of purchase. Please refer to the individual exams for validity as some of the exam vouchers are valid for 6 months only.

Although Learn More Academy Ltd strives to offer the best prices, on occasion, as some courses are externally sourced, our prices may be above that of our suppliers. If you have purchased one of our courses and subsequently found it cheaper elsewhere, for this reason alone, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Before you purchase a course from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. Our website displays relevant information on all of the courses and moreover for some courses even demos are available. 

The detailed course information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and technical requirements. Access the sample course (where available) to check that the course will run in Classroom Setting or Live Zoom or Distance Learning Online courses on your PC that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the course. Delegates are required to attend a location where an instructor delivers a face to face training or join a Live Zoom class, the academy requires a certain number of learners due to the nature of the course. If the number is not adequate to meet the requirement, Learn More Academy Ltd deserves the right to cancel or postpone the course by offering alternative options. If the course gets cancelled due to these reasons Learn More Academy Ltd would offer full refund of the course fees.

Do note that as some of the courses are sourced by us, you will be required to respond to communication from our suppliers in order to gain access to the course(s) you have purchased. Furthermore please note that usually Learn More Academy Ltd can support any course access or user issues, however in the rare instances, we may need to contact our third party developers on your behalf and this may take up to 7 to 10 working days to gain a solution.

About ‘Deposit’ you should be aware that a deposit is a part-payment for the service (course in our case). When you pay a deposit it shows that you intend to buy a course and wish to enter into a contract with us. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable in nature unless statutory rights are applicable whereby we are satisfied that it meets all the necessary requirements for it.

For the portfolio based qualifications you must submit within deadline fail to do so it will cost you £25.00 per week or we can refuse to provide further services alternatively you may need to re-enroll for the whole course.

Resits will be charged at £50 per unit for most of our qualifications.

All certificates are delivered via royal mail, standard service. Collections can be made by customers with prior notification only.
